If you wish to cancel the Premium plan, there are various methods, depending on the reason.
You do not want to renew the Premium plan
If your subscription is nearing expiration, and you prefer not to renew it, be sure to turn off automatic renewal. Once deactivated, no further action is required. The system will send an email notification about the plan expiration, which you can disregard.
The service does not meet your expectations
If after contracting one of OneExpress’s Premium plans it does not meet the expectations that you had or it does not suit what you need, you have a maximum of fourteen days to unsubscribe, request a reimbursement of the amount paid and cancel the plan. To do this, you need to make the request via the Support channel. We will process your request and return the amount paid.
