Retrieving access to your account

If you are unable to recall the email address for accessing your account, or if you are in the process of creating a new company and the system indicates that the identifier already exists on OneExpress, please follow these steps to retrieve or request ownership:

  1. Register on OneExpress by choosing the desired username.
  1. Log into OneExpress with the user data you have just created.
  2. After logging into the newly created account, choose the company's country and input the identifier.
  3. Lastly, select the 'Continue' option


The platform will notify you that the identifier is already in use on OneExpress and will display a partial snippet of the associated email address. As you scroll down, you will encounter several options to follow in order to recover the account:



1- Yes, it is mine or it belongs to a person known to me: This option is not always available. If it does not appear, you can proceed by following step 2.



Choose this option if you are familiar with the owner of the previously mentioned email address or if it is an email account you can access. The request will be sent to the specified email address, and the recipient will need to accept it by following the steps outlined in the message.


Finally, choose the option Request transfer of ownership and wait until the recipient of the email accepts ownership.


2- No, I do not recognize this email address: If the provided email address is unfamiliar to you, or if you recognize it but cannot access it, you should choose this option. By selecting this, you will initiate the transfer of ownership to our Support Department."


You will find a set of instructions that must be carefully followed to complete the request. In summary, these steps include:



a. Provide a reason for the ownership request in the Comment box. 

b. Utilize the Upload file option to submit the a copy of the required official document.

c. Select the Contact the support team option.



Subsequently, our support team will receive the request, validate the information, and if everything is accurate, your request will be approved. Upon completion, you will receive an email notification, granting you access to the company."
