You can receive invoices through open networks such as Peppol

Peppol

It is a global network for electronic document exchange that facilitates the sending and receiving of invoices, as well as other documents like orders or delivery notes. To receive invoices through this network, you need to subscribe to the Business Plan from OneExpress and activate the connection to Peppol in our portal.

To configure your PEPPOL Identifier:

1- Navigate to the Main Menu and select the gear icon to set up your account

2- Navigate to Connections located at the bottom left.

3- Select PEPPOL

4- Select Activate Reception and then select Save

You can now receive invoices in your OneExpress account through Peppol. Simply share your Peppol identifier with your supplier, and they can include it in the invoices they send to you.
